1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://OcirHumidors.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site or sending emails to Dabney Management Group, LLC (“D|M|G”) constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
3. Minors
Use of this Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and express consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age.
4. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because each humidor is handcrafted and tailored to your specifications, all sales are considered final after production begins.
You may cancel your order up until the production cut-off date, which will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation. Cancellations requested before this date may be eligible for a partial refund, less any design or consultation fees incurred.
Cancellations after the cut-off date are non-refundable and will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds are provided once fabrication has started or the unit has been completed.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not controlled by D|M|G, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, images, software, and logos—is owned or licensed by D|M|G and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include resale, data mining, or derivative use of the Site or its content.
7. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes;

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This Site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available.” D|M|G makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D|M|G disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the Site.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such cases, those exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Termination
D|M|G may terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason. These Terms will survive termination where applicable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You consent to jurisdiction in Georgia for any legal proceedings relating to your use of the Site.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and D|M|G. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Changes to Terms
D|M|G may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
